Temple Fork Outfitters Fly Rods
Temple Fork Outfitters fly rods are relatively new. These fly rods
however, are the real deal. The TiCrX series is unbeleivable. One of their rods (TiCr Series) was
designed by fly fishing legend Lefty Kreh. These are awesome rods at a very good price.

Series I: These two piece Temple Fork Outfitters fly rods now have a beautiful
new translucent dark green
finish and matte black aluminum reel seats with double uplocking rings. Six
weights and lighter feature hook keepers and half-wells grips, while the eight
weight and heavier have comfortable fighting butts and full wells grips. The
smooth progressive tapers load fast but have the reserve power for distance
and line speed. For less than $100 you can own a rods that will out perform
rods costing much more. Line weights 2-10. 2 piece only models.

Professional: Now available in a delicate 2 weight through our popular 10, and
castable 12 weights, these travel rods have taken the TFO reputation to new levels.
Previously offered as the Western/Saltwater/Steelhead Series, they've merged them
into what Lefty Kreh says are the perfect rods for all anglers and skill levels.
Cosmetics include matte black finished blanks and subtle gold logos. Each rod
comes with an attractive rod sock so you can add the optional tube or customize
your own. Line weights 2-10, and 12. 3,4, and 6 piece models.

Finesse: One of the newest flyrods in the TFO arsenal, also designed by Lefty Kreh.
This rod with its traditional action is ideally suited for places
where the water runs low and clear. Places and situations where
you need to delicately lay flies with pinpoint precision. The rods in this series
have an olive translucent finish, SiC stripping guides; chromium-impregnated
stainless steel snake guides and hook keeper, rosewood insert and flor-grade
cork grip. Alignment dots are color coded by line weight. Comes in line weights
2-5 and only available in 4 piece models. Priced $179.
Jim Teeny: Another new addition to the TFO Line. Jim Teeny, master fly fisherman, designed this series of rods to meet
his high standards of fly-casting performance. The fast actions excel at powering
all types of fly line, especially sink-tip lines, through the air with speed and
accuracy. The blanks are constructed of IM6 graphite and have an olive translucent
finish. Titanium-oxide stripping guides. Chromium-impregnated stainless steel
snake guides and hook keeper. Flor-grade cork grip. Alignment dots are color
coded by line weight. These Temple Fork Outfitters fly rods comes in line weights 4-10, and 12. Available in only
4 piece models. Priced $199.
TiCr: Lefty Kreh designed this series for performance. Fast, powerful and smooth, these
Temple Fork Outfitters fly rods will deliver a fly with distance and accuracy limited only by the angler's
skills. The proprietary use of titanium and chromium dampens shock and helps protect
the rod from errant flies. Hardware includes 3 oversized super-hard titanium oxide
stripper guides, premium grade cork, and matte black finished blanks with silver
appointments and logos. Fighting butts are on 6 weights and heavier rods and the
powerful 14 weight includes a cork fore grip. Each of these fly rods feature unique color-coded
(by rod weight) alignment dots and comes in a beautifully logoed black rod sock.

TiCrX: The components on these Temple Fork Outfitters fly rods have been upgraded from the TiCr Series - including a rich blue blank color, flor grade cork and newly designed aluminum reel seats with a uniquely cushioned reel hood. The 6 weight and heavier rods have a channel lock sliding rear hood with doulble locking rings and feature full wells grips with fighting butts. Oversized titanium oxide first stripping guides start with a #20 on the 6 & 8 and #24 on the 9 weight. The 5 & 6 (lt) weight have a reversed half wells grip, single uplocking ring and a matte black graphite insert. Line weights 5,6,8,and 9. Comes in 4 piece only models. Priced $255-$250.
